Droidworld no reply

Hey

I ordered a new power cable for my extreme box thinking this would solve my no power issue on my two-year-old extreme box and it still doesn't work. I had tried emailing regarding sending them the device and received no reply so I ordered the power cable hoping this would fix the issue. I've been trying to contact Droidworld, where I purchased the device from regarding a servicing the item and I had no replies. In the past, my dealings have been good, not sure what to do?

Any advice appreciated.
